Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains what Ben Sasson Handyman Services (BensFix) collects when you contact us through this website, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- The estimate request form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, and your message. We also record the internet (IP) address the request came from, only to stop spam and repeated automated submissions.
- Calls, texts, WhatsApp and email: your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
How we use it
Only to answer you, give you an estimate, schedule a visit and do the work you ask for. We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to marketing lists.
Where it is kept
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form requests are stored in a Cloudflare database that only Ben can access. Ben is alerted to new requests by email or phone notification, which pass through those delivery services. We keep a request as long as we need it to serve you and keep a record of the job.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. Your browser may store a copy of the page text so the site loads faster on your next visit. The only cookie this site sets is a login cookie for the site owner's admin area.
Links to other sites
Links to Google Maps, Apple Maps, Google reviews, WhatsApp and Instagram open services that have their own privacy policies.
Your choices

Children
This site is meant for adults arranging home repairs. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
